At the End of the Hidden Greenery - Chapter 213
Her body was already wet and drenched, so there was no need for further foreplay.
Her heart pounded belatedly. Her cheeks, touched by his trembling fingers, as did her ears, which were gently caressed afterward, felt hot.
While remnants of se*en still trickled out, Arven aligned himself and pushed in.
“Uht, ung….”
Her body offered no resistance to the slow thrust. This time, the pleasure wasn’t so violently intense that it would make her scream. It sent warm currents that made her curl her toes.
“Ah, good, ung….”
Jiwoo closed her eyes, feeling Arven’s rough breaths spill over her and Lancet’s hold tightened behind her, holding her so she wouldn’t float away.
“Uh….”
“Ah….”
She was already overwhelmed by the strong pleasure so even the gentlest movements made her body collapse. A soothing warmth spread from her fingertips to her toes.
When she opened her eyes, Arven’s verdant gaze, true to his name, stared down at Jiwoo.
Jiwoo stroked his flushed cheek, watching his pleasure hazed eyes.
“Arven, do we really seem like we don’t get along?”
“……”
Arven didn’t answer immediately. But then he grinned and murmured playfully,
“I just always want us to be even closer.”
Jiwoo chuckled softly and relaxed as they carefully washed her and helped her clean up.
Arven, glancing at Jiwoo’s expression, suddenly suggested,
“So… should we buy more of this bath salt?”
“Good ide, Ack!”
Before he could finish, Jiwoo yanked both their ears like how Lanceil scolded them.
17. Place to Go
The bath salts certainly had the effect of making someone lose focus and inhibit their rationality,
It was the problem.
…Skiass had been forgotten too.
“Seo Jiwoo… it’s late.”
“So, rry…”
If he had been Enci, he would have sulked and wandered around with a grumpy expression for days.
They seemed close and had similar personalities, so Jiwoo wondered how they would react if one of them got upset like this. Honestly, she hadn’t had many conversations with Skiass, so she was worried about how to comfort him.
“Seo Jiwoo, you smell nice.”
“Ah…”
It seemed like Skiass had even picked up on the scent of the bath salts. As Jiwoo’s face turned bright red and she struggled to speak, Lancet and Arven tried to cover for her. They were the ones who had gotten her into this situation.
“Oh, that’s…”
“It’s just…”
Skiass half-listened to them, pointing to one of Jiwoo’s hands.
“What’s that?”
“Oh, this.”
What Jiwoo was holding was a seashell. She had found it on the way back to the beach and absentmindedly picked it up.
“I thought it was pretty.”
“Pretty? You think that’s pretty?”
Skias seemed confused by the word ‘pretty.’
“Look, it’s perfect for you, Skiass.”
Skiass’s name meant ‘the sighs scattered by the night,’ a metaphor for the Milky Way.
The seashell Jiwoo picked up had an unusual color. It was a blend of purple and deep blue, reminiscent of the night sky. At the edge of the shell, there were fine patterns, almost like stardust.
It wasn’t like the typical seashell patterns, and it was large, so Jiwoo had picked it up on a whim.
But now that she thought about it, the shape of the shell was remarkably similar to Skiass.
“Do you want it?”
“Yes. Give it to me.”
Skiass took the seashell, and began wiping it with a cloth with great care. He then gently tucked it into his chest.
“Let’s go… you wanted to check out some shops, right?”
It seemed like Skiass wasn’t bothered by the fact she was already late or what had caused the delay.
Jiwoo was relieved, thinking it wasn’t a big deal, but it seemed like Skiass really liked it, which was a pleasant surprise.
As they followed behind Skias, Lancet and Arven quietly approached and whispered.
“The tree thought you might be in trouble, so I think the tree gave it to you.”
“Eh? The tree?”
“Well, it definitely isn’t a common color, right?”
“Do trees really do things like that?”
“Trees can do many things. Seo Jiwoo.”
Jiwoo couldn’t believe it. Even walking on this warm beach in light clothes despite it being winter felt surreal. But the fact that the trees paid attention to even these small details seemed even more unreal.
As Jiwoo walked along the sandy beach behind Skiass, the shops set up by the beach tribes started to appear. Jiwoo happily admired the displayed items.
There were many beautiful accessories made from seashells, corals, and pearls, and surprisingly, there were also places selling snacks.
While she was busy enjoying the view, the beach men slowly started to call out to customers.
“How about getting a piece of jewelry for your husband as a gift?”
“What do you have?”
The man smiled and displayed only earrings in a neat row. Jiwoo shook her head with a smile.
“They’re a bit shy about these kinds of things.”
“Ah, I see. Of course, the forest keepers might be uncomfortable with those.”
The man moved on smoothly, as if he understood.
“Well, there are also things for the lower part.”
“Lower?”
Answering the question, the man raised a finger and pointed in a direction. Jiwoo followed the man’s hand movement with her gaze. As the finger pointed past the waist and toward the hips…
Bang!
A loud sound of something heavy hitting the sand came from behind.
When Jiwoo turned around, she saw Lancet and Arven. The two had been talking about sticks since before they got here, and this time, they had actually brought one along.
However, the shopkeeper wasn’t their average person either. He didn’t flinch under their glares and simply whistled nonchalantly while pretending to be busy.
“Hmm, well, if you don’t want it, that’s fine. I’m not forcing you. If you don’t buy it, you’re the ones missing out.”
“Let’s go.”
“Yes, let’s go.”
They clicked their tongues and led Jiwoo away to another spot.
“Are you not coming?”
Skiass stood there, staring at the items, until the three of them were far away. After they disappeared, Skiass carefully motioned toward one of the items on display.
“…That one. Give it to me.”
What he bought remained a secret.
